1907 World Series Baseball

This Legends 1907 World Series Baseball features my original paintings.

Cubs player/manager Frank Chance had these uniforms made specially for the World Series. Unfortunately they were gray. The Cubs wore them for game one in Chicago, but the Detroit Tigers were wearing their road gray uniforms. Major League baseball ruled that the Cubs could not wear these uniforms and so they only wore them in game one.

Side one is my close up painting of Mordecai (Three Fingered) Brown. Click here for a closer look.

Side two has my painting of Orval Overall. Click here for a closer look.

Side three has my painting of Ed Reulbach.  Click here for a closer look.

Side four show some World Series stats for these three Cubs pitchers.

Side five, which is the top of the baseball, has my hand painted vintage, old style Cubs logo.

Side six, which is the bottom of the baseball, has my signature along with the date that this Legends Hand Painted Baseball was completed and trimmed with gold. Also you will see "1 of 1". This means that this is number one of only one created. This is a one of a kind piece of art. There will never be another exactly like it.
